I invite you all to join me on getting fit together. I've let myself go for the past two years and while it was awesome eating whatever and whenever, I knew it was time to change. I was constantly slumping during the day by eating the wrong foods and my back issues just kept getting worse. I knew I had to start doing something for myself again. I put all my focus on my kids for the past 4 years and now it's time I focus on myself. Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of this mumbod. I cherish everything about it. It's just I know I also deserve better too and so, I'm going to take better care of it so I can be stronger for myself and my family. So far, I've had such a burst of energy and it's truly boosted my mood. I'm sleeping better and I know I am getting stronger. I'm excited to share this fitness journey with you all.
Isaac and I have actually really been enjoying quality time with each other. I forgot what it felt like to have all this time to myself and being able to exercise has just been such a lovely form of self love for myself. Tim and Ayla are having BLAST in HK too!
